Dennice Coleman – Operations Director

Having joined forces with Coleman Cleaning Management Ltd in 2018, Dennice comes from an extremely successful property background and is also the Managing Director of CheckList UK Property Inventory Management. Her vast experience and commercial management is integral to driving us forward and keeping us at the forefront of our industry.

Ian Wartnaby – Operations Director

Ian keeps us ship shape and tidy, with extensive knowledge and skill on all things operational. Lively and entertaining, and with infectious energy, he keeps us all on our toes. Ian is adaptable and responsive to challenges and goals. He works closely with our Contract Managers to ensure everyone is getting what they need. 

Chris Small – Business Development Director

Chris is thorough, systematic and very hard-working. A key member of the management team, Chris has demonstrated commitment and consistency in her enthusiasm towards her role, clients, colleagues and the company as a whole. Conscientious, careful and orderly in his attention to detail whilst fulfilling all his responsibilities.

Emma Grey – Accounts Manager

With over 35 years in accounts management she ensures that all financial aspects of the company are running smoothly.

John Everton – Contracts Manager

With over 27 years  experience within contract management he makes sure that the needs of my clients are met by providing the best service possible.
